1. Our role

Easy Car Park provides an online comparison and booking platform. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the parking facility and parking service are operated by the independent vendor named in the booking confirmation.

2. Booking and confirmation

A reservation is created using the details supplied by the customer and is treated as confirmed when the required payment is successfully completed and confirmation is issued. Customers should check dates, times, airport, vendor and contact details immediately.

3. Customer responsibilities

• Provide accurate travel, contact and vehicle information.
• Follow the vendor’s arrival, handover, transfer and return instructions.
• Allow sufficient time to reach the terminal.
• Ensure the vehicle is roadworthy, insured and legally permitted to be driven.
• Remove valuables and disclose unusual vehicle dimensions or requirements when relevant.

4. Prices and additional charges

The booking price is shown before payment. Charges not included in the quoted service, such as airport forecourt fees, congestion/ULEZ charges, additional days or late collection fees, remain payable where they apply and are disclosed by the vendor or airport.

5. Amendments, cancellation and refunds

Changes and refunds are governed by the booking conditions shown for the selected service and our Return & Refund Policy. A change may result in a new price.

6. Parking vendor responsibility

Operational matters at the car park, vehicle handover, transfers and custody of the vehicle are performed by the selected vendor. Complaints should be reported promptly so the booking record and vendor response can be reviewed.

7. Website use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit fraudulent bookings or interfere with booking, payment or security systems.
